3 - Southwest Airlines:

Southwest Airlines allow booked Business Select, Wanna Get Away Plus, or Anytime flight ticket passengers to transfer their tickets. For cancellations the airline doesn’t provide a refund but, they provide travel credits to the customers. 

4 - JetBlue Airways:

JetBlue passengers are allowed to change their names on a ticket. But, the airline has strict rules regarding name changes. Passengers can make a maximum of one name change per flight ticket. 

5 - Alaska Airlines:

Alaska Airlines allow its passengers to make changes to the name on their ticket, but they have to pay some additional charges. For free service, you have to make changes within 24 hours of booking your flight ticket. After 24 hours, you have to pay an additional fee of $125.
