CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are non-refundable unless stated. Please contact us before choosing our services. Our team will guide you in the most reliable way and enables you to choose the best and suitable services.

The required cancellation can be done over the phone only as soon as you submit your cancellation request to our customer care executive, you will be acknowledged through email notification about your cancellation.

If the refund for your cancellation is specifically described, we will process your refund within 2-3 weeks. Apart from this, if the airline makes changes from their end, due to the natural hazards or the circumstances that are not in control. In that case, we won’t be able to provide you any refund or compensation. But we will definitely make efforts to let you have a full refund in case of cancellation of the irrespective flight.
